Health Guarantee
We are committed to raising healthy, well cared for Great Pyrenees puppies. Our breeding program focuses on strong genetics, proper care, and responsible breeding practices. This Health Guarantee explains the steps we take to protect the health of our puppies and the responsibilities of the new owner.
Veterinary Examination
Every puppy is checked before leaving for a new home.
Each puppy receives:
• A general health examination
• Age appropriate vaccinations
• Basic preventative care when necessary
We recommend that every buyer schedules a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving their puppy. This early check confirms the puppy’s condition and ensures a smooth transition into the new home.
If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious health condition that existed before delivery, you must notify us immediately and provide written documentation from the veterinarian.
Genetic Health Guarantee
Our puppies are bred from carefully selected parents with strong health and temperament.
We provide a 1 year genetic health guarantee against serious hereditary conditions that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life. These conditions may include severe genetic defects diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.
If a verified genetic condition is diagnosed during this guarantee period, the buyer may be eligible for one of the following options:
• Replacement puppy from a future litter
• Partial refund depending on the situation
Proper veterinary documentation must be provided to verify the condition.
Conditions Not Covered
Certain health issues are not covered under this guarantee.
This includes:
• Illness caused by improper care
• Injuries or accidents after the puppy leaves our care
• Parasites or minor illnesses that can occur during normal puppy development
• Health issues caused by poor diet, neglect, or lack of veterinary care
Stress related conditions during travel or relocation are also not covered.
Owner Responsibilities
The health and well being of the puppy depends greatly on the care provided by the new owner.
Buyers agree to:
• Provide proper nutrition and clean water
• Maintain regular veterinary care
• Follow vaccination schedules recommended by a veterinarian
• Provide safe housing and a healthy environment
Failure to provide proper care may void this health guarantee.
Non Transferable Guarantee
This health guarantee applies only to the original buyer. It cannot be transferred to another owner if the puppy is sold or rehomed.
Commitment to Responsible Breeding
Our goal is to raise healthy, confident Great Pyrenees puppies that grow into strong and reliable companions. We stand behind the quality of our breeding program and remain available to provide guidance to families who welcome one of our puppies.
