The Breeder ensures the puppy is in excellent health at the time of adoption and is up-to-date on all vaccinations and deworming. The Buyer must follow veterinary checks as described below:

• Veterinary Examination: Take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days. Refund if serious issues are found.

• IVDD Coverage: Lifetime guarantee against Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD). Replacement or refund if diagnosed by two veterinarians.

• Communicable Diseases: Refund if diagnosed within 14 days of receipt.
