Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before reserving or purchasing a puppy from Great Pyrenees Pups.

1. Reservation and Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $150 USD is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price of $700 USD. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter within 12 months at the Breeder's discretion.

2. Purchase Price

The purchase price for all Great Pyrenees puppies is $700 USD. This price includes first vaccinations, deworming, microchip, vet health certificate, puppy pack, and breeder health guarantee. Shipping and transportation costs are additional and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

3. Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due in full before the puppy is released to the Buyer or shipped. We accept Cashapp, Chime, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment details will be provided upon reservation confirmation.

4. Puppy Pickup and Shipping

Puppies are ready to leave at 8 weeks of age. Local pickup is available by appointment. Shipping via professional nanny flight service is available nationwide. All shipping costs including nanny fees, airline tickets, and health certificates are the Buyer's responsibility.

5. No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if at any point the Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, they are required to contact us before surrendering the dog to any third party. We will always assist in rehoming our puppies within our network.

6. Health Guarantee

Our health guarantee is detailed separately in the Health Guarantee page and in the signed adoption contract. By purchasing a puppy, the Buyer agrees to the terms of the health guarantee as written.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to provide the puppy with proper veterinary care, appropriate nutrition, a safe living environment, and socialization. Failure to provide adequate care voids the health guarantee. The Buyer also agrees to complete the full vaccination series as recommended by their veterinarian.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising from the sale of a puppy shall first be addressed through direct communication with the Breeder. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
